Yeah all counters suspended this year and next. Only have to stick to the 85.

Kidding aside, I wonder if we’ll see an outlier case where a college completely cleans house and signs 85 in one year. Signing 85 high school kids is a roster disaster, but you could bring in 25 high school kids and then a blend of portal players with 3,2,and 1 years eligibility left.

Based on what I read here, this might be somewhat close to with Sanders does up in Colorado.

It's an NCAA-wide rule. Not just a "new coach" rule.

No, this rule is for the entire NCAA Division I-A. ICs have been suspended for the entire bunch of us.
