I know sparq rating isn’t everything but it’s Interesting to see, thoughts?

Only 10 for Orlando and 15 for Miami with Spaq scores over 100

And 37 for Atlanta ? Sheesh
Do all these camps have roughly the same amount attendees ?

Idk but that’s what I thought was interesting. How well overall other states tested compared to Florida. What is accounting for the difference? Florida is still obviously the most talented state but those athletic numbers isn’t a good look tbh

I think Atlanta is the only one that’s done in that state. Florida and Texas have 2 regionals each.
But yeah that’s ridiculous still.

And Georgia has 3 strong recruiting grounds in terms of putting players in college id say. Metro Atlanta . South Georgia and like the outskirts of metro Atlanta like Clayton and Henry county.

2 things, the Florida events are primarily filled with kids strictly from Florida whereas the events in Georgia, Texas etc. attract kids from the surrounding states that do not have their own opening event. Also the coaching on these kind of things is a lot better in Georgia and Texas than it is in Florida...

Even if you remove the 7 kids outside of the state of Georgia who had 100 plus rating scores that’s still 30 people with 100 plus scores which is alittle more than what Orlando/Miami had combined

In addition to that Orlando /Miami only had 10 athletes above 105 while the state of Georgia has 21 athletes above 105.

My best GUESS would be the kids from Georgia are better prepared for the drills than the Florida kids. Florida doesn't pay enough to attract top coaches.

strength is taken into account right? I think in FL you have a lot of raw, under developed athletes so could be the reason why more FL athletes aren't at the top as one would expect

Yeah Georgia coaches make ALOT more money than Florida coaches and it isn’t really close

idk how it is with Herman but Texas has always had a difficult time getting the Houston kids to commit. LSU, A&M, OU, and Bama have a good chance here also.
