It will be interesting to see how some of Miami's 2017 targets do today in Orlando.

-ESPN Junior 300 quarterback and former Miami (FL) verbal N'Kosi Perry reported Sunday that he is a possibility to attend Florida State junior day Feb. 27. Should the Seminoles offer, a current top three of Tennessee, Miami (FL) and Auburn would become a top four. The system will be big in Perry’s final decision, with Tennessee and Auburn being mentioned as best scheme fits. No. 236-ranked Perry also said Florida is a school he would love to hear from, but the Gators already have ESPN Junior 300 signal-caller Jake Allen committed.

-No. 63–ranked Kellen Mond has been a very solid commitment to Baylor since June 2015, but did leave open the possibility of making an unofficial visit to Auburn when discussing the matter at Sunday’s camp. A flip of Mond would come as a surprise, but the fact that Baylor had Jarrett Stidham already hitting the field as a freshman, and class of 2016 gunslinger Zach Smith on campus for spring provides schools with the opportunity to chip away over time.

-ESPN Junior 300 running back Adarius Lemons dropped a top four of Auburn, North Carolina, Ohio State and South Carolina before the camp Sunday after having Michigan as the front-runner at different points during the 2015 season. The Tar Heels are making a concerted effort in Southwest Florida under Larry Fedora, and the talented back is one of several top targets from the area in the 2017 cycle.

-In addition to earning an invite to The Opening, Robert Hainsey took home offensive line MVP honors for his performance on Sunday. Hainsey currently has no favorites but admitted several schools, including Michigan, Michigan State, LSU, Florida, Penn State, Pittsburgh and Miami (FL) are recruiting him the hardest.

-ESPN Junior 300 athlete and former Ohio State commit Bruce Judson showed up to the event decked out in Florida gear. Judson sported Florida gloves and shorts. While schools like South Carolina, Tennessee and Miami are in the picture, the Gators appear to have the upper hand if they choose to go all in for Judson.
