He is smart and confident and as solid a quarterback talent as this program has produced in a while. The other night in Chicago, at halftime, a pro scout watched Morris warming up from the press box.
"I like everything I see about that kid," the scout said. "You can see his thinking and his arm strength. You see the maturity in how he carries himself out there on the field.
"If he keeps growing the next couple of years like he has this past year or so, he's going to do very well for himself playing on Sundays."

Mayock commented more than once during the game about how good Morris looked.
He seems to have really turned the corner.

Give the kid another year under Fisch and he may very well become an NFL caliber QB.

He's got the arm and the athleticism for it.

Only thing he really needs to work on are his decision making skills.

You can see the offense is close to being a Top 10 type of offense, if we can somehow discover a defense over the spring and summer, we may make some noise in 2013

The offense is going in the right direction for sure, the defense still needs a massive infusion of talent on the DL before they will get much better.

He needs to throw 1000 balls to P Dorsett this week in practice. Should try to restore confidence in PD early on saturday.

Over the summer - tons of posters here were arguing about who the QB should be. There were a few that insisted Morris would surprise and were not exactly trusted on that.

QB is the least of our worries as long as he stays healthy.

We have some solid guys but this one of the weakest group of receivers we have had in a while as well.

Absolutely no ******* TE involved in the passing game either.

Morris has looked strong IMO.

There has been nothing wrong with his decision making this year, maybe a handful of questionable throws, but you will see that with every QB, including those in the NFL.

He just needs to work on his accuracy on his short throws. He's been really good this year.

TE position has looked horrible all year. What happened to Cleveland? As far as I'm concerned, this position has regressed severly. Dobard can't get here soon enough!!

What? You're kidding right?

Alos if I recall three of his picks have been off the hands of the receivers.

What are you asking me? You're saying his receivers have led to INTs and I'm saying this group of WRs is weak. Sounds like the same thing.

I like our group of guys but its weaker at the top than in the past.
