i dont see why some of you guys are worried here olsen and williams can easily get the job done have you seen our receiver depth ? and its only getting stronger with duke coming back and yearb being ready for spring ball i see us being alot better on offense , williams is no slouch kid can ball and i think his arm strength has gotten alot better he sure as **** wont be missing screen passes to coley , now on defense is a different story .

I'm not sold on Williams...

I'm hoping Olsen proves to everyone why he was labeled "baby Jesus " to a lot of fans

I am sold on who starts....god knows I wanted anyone but Morris after the UNC game....

we are on good shape at QB...good shape

it doesnt worry some of you that Williams couldnt beat out a 1-legged Morris? --- I am asking sincerely not rhetorically?

Need Kaaya. And I don't think Golden refused to make the switch based on RWs lack of talent, it was not to mentally destroy Morris. With that said, I'm pulling for Olsen. Don't want three different starters in three years at the most important position.

No shortage of weapons for whover wins the QB job

Duke
Coley
Dorsett
Waters
Walford
Dallas
Gus
Yearby
Tucker
Lewis
Scott
Sandland
Dobard
Powell

Whoever ends up under center should be putting up numbers.

The rest of the offense is loaded.

That's why Cook will be in this class. We will use all 3 next year. This offense will be run heavy.

Williams might be a better QB for this offense. They will work more to get Duke & Coley in space. Maybe even bring crossing routes and misdirection back to the O.

It bothers me that Duke and Yearby will be coming off fractured ankles.

The article on Yearby said his recovery time will only be about 5 weeks. His ankle will be fine. Duke will have had enough time to recover as well. This won't be a Malcolm Lewis type recovery because it wasn't a ML type injury.

Will you please state the reasoning behind this assertion? A priory, experience/personal knowledge derived from practice observation, premonition?

After that will you explain why Morris could not beat out a two legged Jacory?

Sincerely, I don't really know that Williams is not as bad as some here have concluded that appear to be from observation of a limited body of work. And, no your assertion about W vs M doesn't bother me because I don't know the basis for the decision to play M despite his liabilities at issue.

Offense isn't going to be a problem. There is talent everywhere on that offense.

Our offense (and team) is only as good as our Oline. Losing Wheeler, Linder and Henderson could be big. I hope the backups play with some attitude.

If the starting QB is healthy enough to play, he plays.

That said, I hope Olsen wins the job. I don't think Williams has much upside.

Olsen was recruited to be the started and anointed Baby Jesus. Let the kid walk on water and dominate...
