OP, there has been nothing major decided. The thread I’ve linked above is a war zone of debate, speculation, with sprinklings of sound information.

I don’t blame you for wanting something more concrete, but as of right now it doesn’t exist. I’m locking this thread because we can’t have too many of these threads running loose. Looks like we will all find out together soon.
