I have good faith the defensive coaches can develop players. Look at what they did for Michael Jackson, Redwine, Pat Bethel from DE to DT, etc. Naturally there are a few that they have been unsuccessful with or had marginal improvement. However it is not the disaster like primarily what has occurred in the offensive line with higher rated players.

Actually looks ok, plan B sure but he has some traits your after. It looks like recruiting this side of the ball has some sort of a plan and Identifies guys that will fit.
