Well they didn't technically bump anyone, his ranking stayed the same they just added a 5 next to it instead of a 4

It appears Rashada is getting a bump because he is a now a 97 in the rankings over there. I think he was previously a 95. The top 100 has all the same spots but the actual 0-100 rankings are different
