"I mean, he's not enrolled right now, so we'll see what transpires in the future for him," Golden said. "I have no idea. We're not really discussing that."

Golden has left every door open for the Punishment of God to return.

Golden seems to be like Jimmy in that he treats his best players differently. Any other guy would have been permanently kicked off the team months ago.

Indeed. Don't think it's smart to keep Eddie around like this.

I have been out of school for a little minute but how can he sit out an entire semester and still be eligible to play ball in Sept? Wouldn't he have to double up classes in the summer? I really dont know how this works. But I know Al has to hate Eddie's guts for putting him in this position. We need Eddie Johnsons to beat the UF and FSUs of the world and Al knows it but ****. How much slack do we give this guy before the other players start lookin at Al sideways?

Can we give the goon and no sunshine stuff a rest? Most of these kind of posts are pointless.

Okay, I think I know what the response to the question is, it's just that over using the ignore function will leave this forum looking like a censored letter.

Let the usual name calling begin. :crownpour:

Makes you question what Paul really did

Probably the same stuff, but Paul isn't Eddie Johnson; he was only a wanna be goon. Just as Jermaine Johnson isnt Seantrel Henderson.

I beleive Golden has this under control, he's probably keeping EJ within striking distance, and will make a judgment based on how our linebackers will look this spring.

The degree he has, trained him how to play chess with goons...

Or maybe he fears Eddy is destined for prison if it doesn't work out with us? Who knows?

An update on one of the best defenders on our team is pointless. Good contribution. I hope this doesn't come across as rude, but you sound like a giant ******* ****** right now.

Not sure how open the door is, but its not going to stay open long...Eddie has about a couple of months to get his **** together or its curtains for him.

I've heard that Golden pretty much idolizes Jimmy and often picks his brain. I have no doubt he has been schooled on the balancing act at a big-time program when it comes to discipline. The amount of **** you can get away with is definitely in proportion to how good you play on Saturdays.

Sure but his discipline starting to cause him not to be on the field on Saturdays.

Gotta hope he finds some sense by the Summer, at least. Golden can't physically throw him on the field. All he can do is continue giving him every opportunity to not **** his life up by leaving him the chance to return to the team.
