NCAA Tourney sites

So there is a first & second round host site for the tournament this year in Orlando. Educate a dummy like myself. What are the chances Miami can get that region? Would they have to be a 1 or 2 seed for that to happen? Or will the tournament put a team that close to their campus if they’re a lower seed?

We would probably have to get a 2 seed in order to be put in Orlando. We would likely have to win out to get a 2 seed.
