about extending the "dead period" through July 31st.
Win and we’re going to have our best recruiting class in recent memory.
No mom is going to want her kid away from home with all this **** going on.
What if a school moves her to whatever town like Bama did with Tua’s family?Win and we’re going to have our best recruiting class in recent memory.

If a kid (and his parents) are looking for a bag, I don’t think this is going to change it. A guy like Jacorey Brooks or James Williams (or the same guys in past classes) are still going to leave. I think the singular exceptions are going to be the guys that wind up staying when they would have otherwise left. There are obviously going to be singular exceptions but overall there is tremendous opportunity.

I know Hawaii for locals is not like Hawaii for tourists, especially on Oahu, but could you imagine leaving that for Tuscaloosa. I guess it worked out for them now moving to Miami.I don't get how people wouldn't pay to NOT live in Alabama.
How does this help prospective ‘student athletes’?about extending the "dead period" through July 31st.
This! Some people underestimate how real the struggle can be.Unless she's a broke mom needing some major $

Who do you see this playing out with? All of the top level 5 stars and most of the high 4 stars are still trending elsewhere. There is not much proof to support what you are saying, though I would love it if it did.
Where we have a tremendous opportunity is with our new offensive coaching staff and QB, mixed with a dog**** schedule.
I am just not seeing it, and based off of what is actually happening, it doesn’t seem to be the case either. I am sure that these schools have this well tended to in recruiting pitches and assurances, and college towns are not exactly hotbeds of COVID breakouts. I think you may see more kids wait to sign in February this year, but by then this could all be done with anyways.I'm not a huge recruiting guy so i can't speak about individual players. I just think overall parents are going to be skittish and worried, especially moms. Also, when a kid leaves town every single game is an away game when a kid picks a school away from home. That makes it even tougher on parents with health issue and grandparents and older relatives overall.
Imo opinion all the unknowns can act in our favor...if we win.

Put another way, if my kid got accepted to all of the Ivys, I would be a bit apprehensive but you aren’t going to turn down a life changing opportunity over something that most likely will be on the tail end at some point in the next year at most.
Looks like no visits until at least July...
