The corrupt enforcement perspective led by Stephanie Hannah who took over for Amir and wanted to continue the unethical depositions that Emmert has condemn in public of using Perez and the Federal court to the NCAA benefit is who replied.This is not the COI perspective made up of people outside the NCAA.The enforcement is totally corrupt,unethical,and do not focus on the infractions that matter but bully schools for insignificant infractions and let infractions like academic fraud and paying for recruits like LSu,Auburn,and Alabama go without a true investigation.Miami did committ minor infractions of having meals and drinks paid by a booster but they as per Shapiro said did not buy players like the SEC nor have academic fraud like LSU under Emmerts tenure.Miami is a smoke screen to validate the enforcement division of the NCAA and shy away from the real violators.What the Miami investigation has proven isthat the NCAA is biased and corrupt starting at the
