Name your top 5 QB prospects in the 2018 class

Colson Yankoff also looks legit. I just don't trust him because he plays vs Idaho competition and his last name is Yankoff

Do you guys really see Jarren starting over Perry? Not so sure I do. Perry throws a pretty ball.

Leonard Manuel committed here and a big reason was Perry is his boy.

Iron sharpens iron. Let the best man win. I think Jarren Williams is further along than Perry was as a high school senior. Now, who knows?

It ultimately will come down to who Richt trusts more to create explosive plays and protect the ball. I like bringing in big talents to push each other. I will guarantee you that the winner of that showdown can play some ball.
 
**** if Augie DeBiase or Cade Weldon is our best QB I'd support playing them (spoiler it probably won't be those guys). I have faith in Richt to pick the right guy. I just hope he has as good a potential pool as possible to select from.

That really doesn't mean anything. Sitkowski has a cannon too. It's probably the least important quality in a college QB.

Just look at Baker Mayfield. Probably the top QB this year and he has average arm strength. Same with Woodside who tore us up
 
I don’t know why you start a thread about this. We are going after one QB and he’s probably not on anyone’s list. Kinda shows him up imo

Corral is the reincarnation of Swag Kelly. A decent program will have to boot him. But he can ball. It is what it is. Hopefully he will go to Bama and get buried on their depth chart. But make no mistake, if you could keep him in a cell all the time with game tape and workout equipment, he's a stud. The problem is he will be out doing what he does. His personality will be his downfall.

Jamarcus Russell was THE BEST college QB I've ever seen. The problem is human beings aren't robots

I don't have a Heisman candidate yet. A Miami QB will win a title within the next 4 years.

He's thrown 40 TDs and 1 INT this yr with a 70% completion Percentage and 3,100 yards.
Think he's averaging like a TD every 6 passing Attempts.

He's having a great year. Dudes legit.

If you take only his 1st half stats, Trevor Lawrence is 4th in the all-time yardage list in Georgia football. That's crazy!

That's obvious. But I wanted to know what our QB gurus and coaches thought about this year's class of QBs
 
Trevor Lawrence might be the greatest high school qb of all time. His only loss was as a true freshman in the semi final at the team that ended up winning the state championship. I was watching a Georgia high school football show the other night and 4 analyst that cover the state all said Lawrence is the best qb to ever play in the state of Georgia. Obviously how that translates to the next level is yet to be determined but all 4 also had Watson in their top 5. Lawrence beat Watson’s passing yards record for the state about midway through the year. I’d take Lawrence over any qb I’ve seen coming out of high school. Granted I’ve onky followed recruiting for about 8 years now so that’s not saying a ton
