Forget schemes on offense and defense. The biggest problem on this team is that it's soft. Only Duke and Perryman bring an attitude and toughness when they play. They hit not be hit!!! Being outcoached is way different than be out toughed at the point of contact! You are never going to win anything at the U being a finess team on both sides of the ball! Team physical attitude comes directly from the personality of the coach. I thought Golden was like Butch in the sense he was going to bring back a mean tough personality to this team. When I Golden hear do his post game speeches I hear a physicologist talking about process and all I hear is it's ok to be the way we are. I want to hear we are going to get tough or we are going to replace you with someone who is. Satan talks no excuses and Golden talks process. One is the Father that says go pick up your bike and get back on and ride and the other is the one that tells it's ok I'll pick up the bike for you and tell you it's all apart of the process of learning how to ride a bike. Golden is babying this team and it shows at every big game we need to win!
