Morrison's return
Starting middle linebacker Antonio Morrison's suspension from practice was lifted and he returned to the team Thursday night. He's facing a two-game suspension, but Muschamp indicated that it could be reduced between now and the start of the season.
“He's still working through some things,” Muschamp said. “I feel like missing a week of camp was a pretty strong statement to him and where I stood with some things. He's still working on things. He's still a part of our team. He was never not a part of our team. He was just suspended from all team activities.
"I'm still working through that (the possibility of reducing or eliminating the two-game suspension). He's still going through some things for me right now. We're working through that at this point."
“He and I had a really good conversation Wednesday afternoon and talked about a lot of things and where things were. We've talked continuously through the summer. Part of being the head coach and when a young man has poor judgment you work them through it and you educate them and you help them and what's what we're doing.”
