Outside of Ford and possibly Colson, who are the most likely Defensive linemen at both DT and DE?

DT: Ford, Colson, ?
DE: ?

Probably the toughest position group to project right now.

I would include Owen Carney at DE. Colson should be a part of the class if he gets his grades up.

Not a lot of in-state targets at DL overall. Mostly OOS national recruits so far

Well in the last Works article Peter Ariz mentioned that at this point Miami's defensive recruiting board consisted of only players from Florida.

That said I am thinking 2017 ATH\DE Kane Taylor will be in the 2017 class, redshirted and turned into an athletic DT, currently Miami and Ole Miss are his leaders according to rivals.

2017 DE\OL Jonathon MacCollister from Deland, FL ( attends Bishop Moore in Orlando) I could see him ending up in Miami's 2017 class by default. He is tall and athletic with a frame to add another 30lbs but still keep his athleticism as he moves to DT. The young man seems like a typical diamond in the rough type.

2017 NT Jordan Scott from Pinellas Park I could see UM taking as a developmental player with a high ceiling.

As for OOS recruits I would for Miami to land 2017 NT Tyrone Truesdell, the kid is raw but country strong with decent range.

I also like 2017 DT Lamonte McDougle from American Heritage.

Go Canes

Haslem can play. Would he be considered a UF lock? Who is recruiting him the hardest?

Nice list. I have not seen any film on Parks yet. I'm a huge fan of Daley and Weight and want them in this class. DT is much harder to project but Ford and Colson would be a great start. I love Kiwon Bennett and think he is an excellent fit in this defense if we can pull him from Bama. The kid has good quickness and a great motor. Very disruptive and makes plays.

Thanks dude! DT still a ****** for us, but Ford and Colson wouldn't be a bad haul, especially if we could get Hansard (better chance than GA and bama boys).

Love our DE options. Any combination of 2 of these guys would be good, but I'm really impressed with Daley and Parks. I know a couple of this sights evaluators are high on Wright too. Parks, Carney and Daley would be elite.

Not at all. UD is all about Dade County first. He was a football guy growing up before he kinda got too tall for the game. I'm pretty sure that if he was 6'4",6'5" instead of 6'8", we would've had a two-headed monster at TE with him and Shockey. If we go after Kedonis and most importantly if things are on the right track, Dad would definitely endorse The U.

Maybe we're going to start the DLine express after a year of Coach Kool coaching Golden's retreads into savages...Sometimes it takes a visual upgrade for kids to believe things are changing at the "U".
