I guarantee it means a lot to all 5 of those kids that we offered and wanted all 5. That means even if 1 or r even 2 are borderline takes, we take them because it shows something to the other 3-4. To think recruiting is just a player by player thing is naive and bad recruiting. That was often Mark Richt’s problem. He wouldn’t take the lesser quality brother or 3 star friend who was important for the 4-5 star player.

Great to have all 5 Bulls locked and loaded for Miami. All are great kids, some even ambassadors for the class. We’re going to look back fondly on their commitments and how well they’ll play for the U. Couldn’t be happier knowing the talent levels for all 5 of them!!!

To be fair, all of these guys are solid takes for us. But yeah I can definitely see the benefit in pursuing an entire group vs picking out certain guys.

I really meant it more as a recruiting strategy. I think this staff has drone a better job than the past 2 staffs in identifying the influencers in S Fla; Restrepo and Brantley in respective classes, and in identifying the important relationships between recruits.

As a DE, he reminds me exactly of Greg
