Gotta say both those guys have been impressive thus far.
The kickoff just after Miami scored to go up 30-23 was perfect, you know he has the leg to boom it, but instead he dropped it at about the two or three and the coverage team got him at the 16, that added 9yds to their field position.

All kicking/punting has been superb. One blown punt protection against UF and a botched FG against USF.

(and one kick off out of bounds, think against UF )


Everything else is WAY better than any of us realistically anticipated.

We have NC caliber ST's, something we have NOT had since like 2003.

BTW, that kickoff was after we went up 31-23 (just saying )

agreed all aspects for the most part have been solid.

However, it is annoying that it seems we get an offsides penalty from a kickoff once a game.

o donnell is a beast, one of the best punters in the nation

goudis is a total unknown, dude hasn't kicked a single field goal of even remote significance this year. if he has to kick an important field goal in the fourth quarter vs unc (or god forbid FSU) i'm going to be ****ting my pants.
