I spoke to some recruits who were in attafence for the A&M game and got their thoughts on the game, their experience & and what the atmosphere was like at Hard Rock

Awesome quotes to hear from the players.. Saw a few of them and they all seemed to enjoy themselves. Been saying it for decade plus, exciting brand of football changes the game like you wont believe. When players see exciting product on field all bets are off and that doesnt even include the fans which will show up and show out for explosive offense. Its inevitable.

Recruiting momentum was incredible when we were winning under Richt in 2017, and our BB team was on a roll as well, We still didn't land a number of our top targets. But the 2018 was our highest ranked class in a long time, and we also didn't have Mario the Closer. If we're 9+W with our losses being hard-fought nail-biters, I expect this December through February will be very fruitful.

Also, the big issue with 17 was that we we lost 3 in a row to close out the season. That did not help with a bunch of those big targets.

Yup Gameday on campus for a big recruiting weekend was a big deal at the time. Closed on a qb late in process even though he flamed out later

If Ewald flips then we have to believe at some point in the not to distant future, Harbaugh is going to send a hit man to kill Mario. That would be 3 flips in 2 recruting classes? At the very least Mario should never be on a plane anywhere near Ann Arbor/Detroit. He might end up like a Russian mercenary leader.
