we did a solid job against the run on first and second down but against their third down power run we didn't have a chance

We played well in the first half. A play here or there was the difference between being down 7 at half and being up 7. And consistently not making those plays lead to the final score. We're close though.

Anybody notice the play where both our guards pull and run into eachother at the 1:49 mark?? LOl...

wth...

The only thing that ****ed me off on those highlights was chick not getting off his block when pass rushing either tackle just stoned him come on CHICK also we got beat by check downs and QB scrambles thats not bad for the defense played really well just have to get off the field if we play them again at the ACCCG i think we win if we make adjustments

Another thing that was great was when we would man up our DB's were lock down on the best WR core in the country possibly TH3 is lock down gunter played good and Crawford played well looking up I think we dominate VT on the D side just need the O to put up 17 and we win

Thing is speed was a factor, if Freeman isnt a Nole this game is alot closer IMO. He can get to the edge where Duke cant against a team like FSU. Duke balled though I take nothing away from him but that speed and get off is crucial when playing against a top level team. UM always had that noy anymore.

Also the 2nd game we will be much better IMO like I always though, FSU respects us now before they didnt. AG is going to bring us that crystal ball whetjer people believe it or not we just gotta be patient.

I'm trying to figure out if this is a subtle dig at Duke's supposed lack of speed...or stating that our defense lacks speed, which allowed Freeman to turn corners...as opposed to F$U's defense having too much speed to allow Duke to get outside?
