Bottom line is Golden is worse at recruiting Miami dade than Coker or Shannon.
Keith Brown didn't even play last night and he's there best lb.

You do know that it is easier for South Florida players to get into Louisville than into Miami right? This is why some of the ACC academic buffs did not want Louisville in the conference. Academically, they are a step ahead of WVU. And that's not saying much.

When Maryland left, the ACC needed a school that gave a darn about football or else the football schools were going to bounce...
*Enter Louisville*. Now Miami has the "pleasure" to be their new butt-buddies. They are the new Virginia Tech.

That's the problem. We used to get those kids in back in the day. Period end of story.

I hear what you're saying, but you cannot make Mofos go to school and get good grades while they're in HS. You need to do that in order to get in to Miami now.

Real talk, most South Florida kids try to put in work in their Senior year of HS when they should have put in work in the 9th grade. They start to "buckle down" academically in their Senior years. Unfortunately for us, they need to take more classes (or make-up the classes they failed or to get their GPAs up) in their Senior years to get up to Miami. Most kids refuse to put in work. That's not Miami's fault.

We don't have the players. They are leaving the city in droves

Except it isn't true. Your numbers are wrong, look at the rosters.

Tired of the player excuse. We had enough talent to go 11-1 in the regular season. Coaching is the issue.

Neg me if you want, but I get tired of hearing people all caught up in this South Florida football player talk. How many times can it be said, that you can't have a team full of players from South Florida.

So the Hurricanes should just go sign the entire graduating class from BTW, Miami Central and South Dade? They all won state this year, so that should automatically equate to a 13-0 season in 2014, right?
