7 minutes in Canes ( 4 losses in a row) are up 19-12 over Clemson ( 4 wins in a row) and 3 for 3 from 3. Hope I am not jinxing this fine team that showed up thus far!
(DaLucky would be proud... we missed 6 shots in a row since I posted this...incl Walker's trademark DunkinDONutGoIn shot))

29-29 with 4 minutes in half. Some good some bad.

upd: 34-30 Clemson at the Half... Canes had good energy and defense but on offense were pretty lame to finish

Canes understandably winded with short bench, and couldn't keep up at the end as the 2 guys with most energy (Wong) cooled off, or (Kam) sucked. Clemson finally wins 66-58 as Wong wastes 28 points and a nice game.

Yet another loss. Got within 3 with 5 to go and then proceeded to go scoreless for the next 4. Short or should I say no bench.
 
Wong hits a three to cut the lead to 5 points with 3 minutes to go and McGusty misses a chuck shot and throws the ball away two times in a row. McGusty never looked to Wong, such poor coaching. Disgraceful.

Not to defend the staff, but it can be partially due to fatigue and partially to low basketball IQ.

It is time to accept that Jim is done and it is time for a new direction. The program has it the floor.

Yes, we deserve credit for putting up a valiant effort today. But it’s clear we’re such a poorly coached, low basketball IQ team. Wong was ON FIRE. And what do we do the last few minutes of the game? Let Kam turn it over on back to back possessions and play ISO ball. Why was the ball not in Wong’s hands down 3 with 5 minutes left? He didn’t end up getting another shot attempt until we were down 11 with 80 seconds left. That’s poor coaching and selfish basketball by Kam.

Coach L and staff deserve a ton of blame for having not played a single game with 10 scholarship players since 2017 but there is zero in-game blame to put on them.
 
We had a decent chance to steal this game if we stuck with what was working. Instead we let Kam play ISO hero ball when he’s not the one who should’ve had the ball in his hands. Clemson had no answer for Wong and we stopped giving him the hall in the most critical possessions of the game.
