Curious how many of our alumni are coaching in SFL high schools. Here's a the ones i know.

Donnell Bennett at Northeastern
Steve Walsh at Cardinal Newman
Mike Rumph at American Heritage -the only one i've met and seems like a great dude and told me he LOVES Golden)
Kenard Lang at Wekiva(more like Central FL)
Chad Wilson at University School
Vernon Carey at Northwestern (i think?)
Darryl Williams at St.Thomas
Ethnic Sands at Carol City
Earl Little at Cooper City
Al Shipman at Palm Beach Garden

Are there others, if so, who?

Uncle Puke at MNW.... Oh wait that's right... he only thinks he played for UM. THAT'S where his false sense of importance and entitlement comes from.

I read in the herald last month that Darryl Williams and another former db from the early 90's is at St. Thomas.

Isn't Earl Little working somewhere in soFLa?
I believe the coach at Hollywood Hills' HC is also a UM grad.

There might be others, if you go back further in UM history. One name that I remembered from some years ago, whom I believe has been out of coaching for years, was Fred Bertani. I believe he became an administrator by the '90's. He goes back to the early '60's at UM. There are probably others, but I'm not familiar with many south Florida coaches these days. I've got to think that a lot of Canes from the '70's and '80's might be coaching somewhere. Back during those years, though, we might have had more guys from out of state who went back home and coached.
