The only thing I was ****ed about was when we were running the ball while down by multiple scores, I hate that sh*t lol.
Once we stop fxkin around & just go all-out attacking the Defense, there's nobody we've played that has shown they can stop us.
We converted multiple 4th & longs & there wasn't even a hint of a doubt that we would. That's how good our Offense is.
We have a LETHAL passing attack & it's the reason why we're 6-0 & not 4-2. That's enough for me. I don't need the team to be perfect, just win the 4th quarter & we're gonna beat most teams we play.
It's legitimate progress from recent years past. Most of the time, we would've lost both VA Tech & Cal games under different regimes. ****, under this regime we probably would've lost both those games last year & 2022. But the fact we're winning is a testament to the leadership of Cam & the resiliency of the team overall.
Even with a 25 point deficit, they don't think they're going to lose. That's a HUGE GREEN FLAG for us.
Now, we absolutely NEED for Rivers to get back on the field because Markell Bell cannot protect that Left side at an efficient enough level to where he can be trusted. I'll be frank, IMO he stinks. He's a big wooly Mammoth, but he can't handle any kind of speed rusher off the edge. His Kickslide looks tedious. He's not a natural mover at all & it takes him a lot of effort to get in proper position for pass protection. IMHO, he's not a Diamond in the rough, he's just in the rough. Might be better suited for Guard.
