NCAA will shrugged it off as "Kids will be Kids" cuz its the {cough} "SEC"

Remember Lebron as a high school senior raised by a single, unemployed mom showing up with a new H2 hummer?
SEC recruits flash 10k in a toilet stall and heisman winners like testaverde get into scooter wrecks before a national championship game because they can't afford a car.
We must be amateurs at paying kids off. Every time we come up with ways to give kids a hundred dollars with Luke, Shapiro or a forged pell grant we get busted.
SEC teams give out wads of cash, everybody knows it, and not even a harsh word.

IIRC there isn't a rule about a high school kid getting a contract. He just can't go to college as a student-athlete if he signs said contract.

Lebron had a Shoe deal with Nike, and signed with an agent before he busted his first nut. Ain't nobody on the planet thought that cat was playin' college ball. That boy good.

It is payment to get his auburn tat removed! Not a benefit under NCAA ruler # 101.3b-f "Anyone from the SEC can pretty much do whatever they want and we will subsequently open an investigation on someone else"
