Kirkland and Thomas are a package deal in all likelihood. They are both waiting to announce until NSD from my understanding. Kirkland has been a Miami lean for a while, and I'd put Thomas at 50-50 right now. Look for things to heat up after their season is over. They're a legitimate contender (the favorite) for the state title and have been focusing on their season as of late.

And if we had followed up the 2008 class with a 2009 class filled with these types of guys, things would have been a lot different around here IMO.

I know it's really really easy to say that stuff now, especially before these guys are even here, but anyone around back then knows what a ****storm that 09 class was, even at the time.

Not necessarily. They just couldnt be on the field at the same time (a la special teams). McCord and Morris both wear #17.

AB never really got a shot here on the field. He was kicked out of school before he had a chance to develop into anything

My point is that Goldens 12 class is similar to Shannon's 08 class. We could have been OK if Shannon didn't **** up the next class so badly. Goldens obviously has a long ways to go as far as field results but it is shaping up nicely on paper. We need this smaller class to build on the previousl large class

Arthur brown here was like Jeff Luc at FSU. Neither really played in a system. He was developing, just slower than we needed.
