Matt Jones viral infection

Super aids is no laughing matter. I hope he misses the opener and is good to go for the Miami game. That will be their secret weapon. When Perryman knocks his head off and Miami wins the Gaytor fans will have plenty of excuses as to why they lost and super aids will be one of them.
 
They haven't disclosed what this "viral infection" is have they? I'd have to imagine it's mono. If so, I wouldn't be surprised to see him out for a while and to lose a lot of weight

MIAMI HERALD WRITER
GAINESVILLE -- Florida could be without first-team tailback Matt Jones at the start of the 2013 season, coach Will Muschamp announced Monday. The sophomore remains out indefinitely while recuperating from a viral infection.
Muschamp said the team would not rush back the preseason all-Southeastern Conference tailback.
“We’ve just got to be careful with his condition there,” Muschamp said. “We’re a little bit in uncharted waters having the type of infection he had. Then you’re talking about the heat we’re in and that sort of thing. We need to be really careful that we don’t have a relapse of the situation.”
Jones will play for Florida in 2013, Muschamp said, but he said Jones might miss some games early in the season.

Found this gem on swamp gas relating to Matt Jones' illness:

I think there may be a possibility that CWM is pullin a bellicheck..he knows he has a horse, he's just not letting anyone know when he's gonna let him run.

Those cats over on swamp gas are wild.
 
Kid is going to play. He is already up and running. Had blood work done today I think. He has about 18 days to be ready for UM game. He will atleast give it a go. All thre guys with minor injuries will be ready to play. Morrison will also play. I am sure Muschamp will reduce his suspension with some quote about, he has done all thats asked of him and has been changed by what has transpired. He grew from it and we have moved on.

Look forward to welcoming them down here

Swamp scum would play tebow if they could. They have no honor nor do they give a crap about the kids--theirs or ours. The suck--always have and always will, it is their DNA--reptiles.

Perhaps, but losing 10-15lbs to a viral infection that lasted a couple of weeks takes a big toll.

Assumption says, "surely you have something to back up exonerating everything short of Tebow's fifth year of eligibility. Right?" Right??
