Charlie Strong…not a good fit at all
Guidry…and he MUST be replaced

Talent is still being upgraded…but the secondary, LBs, and overall discipline MUST get better

And have more creativity in the running game

We are going to have to take a massive leap forward next year with the schedule taking a leap. I see a step back next year for sure
