Malzahn may not have much personality, but **** the man is a helluva coach. The Unconventional PA was impressive... Very creative.. He's the best OC in the business... Would never hire him as a HC tho..

LOL I forgot about this... Malzahn seems like a bland guy. Kinda a football nerd who'd rather not have the attention. This is great for an assistant coach. Not exactly what I'd want as my CEO.
