Did he get any burn last night? don't remember seeing him. I think he should be in the slot and move waters outside.

Has anything come out on him? Do you think his game just isn't where it was yet? Before his injury he was my favorite receiver on the team. I can't wait to see him "back."

I think this may be part of it, I think the other part of it is Hurns and Coley are better.

He played in the last series on Saturday. I sit in front of his grandparents and we were all congratulating them that he got in.
 
The coaching staff are just slow playing him b/c they have that luxury to protect Malcolm Lewis..... he has the option of getting a 5th year awarded if he needs to so it doesnt matter at this point if he is making plays or not this year.

Before the injury he was pushing for a starting job, and was just as much of a playmaker as Herb Waters is now.... keep in mind he was ready to make an impact immediately as a true freshman just like Stacy Coley came in ready to do.

Once he gets back 100% healthy, I know he will get back to pushing for meaningful reps and making plays just like all the other receiver's ahead of him, currently, are doing.

We now have the luxury of talented players just being behind more seasoned, better players. Before they would rise up because the talent level wasn't as high. Now that we're getting good numbers and talented at that, some guys have to wait their turn. Great to see him back so quick though, credit his hard work.

Its actually smarter to not redshirt him so he can still get on the field and gain experience while having a limited role, instead of just sitting on the sidelines all season and not playing at all. Depth is also a big issue this year.

Now he can just wait until after his Senior season and request for an additional 5th year if he wants and it will still have the same outcome.

I think he has already applied for it based on what little Al Golden was saying about the situation last season.....

I guess you dont have to use the redshirt until you decide 2, but thats just a guess.
