Is 1 mile the recruiting rule? I ask because it seems arbitrary and stupid which is consistent with the NC2A.

I've heard it mentioned multiple times though I've never seen it myself. I know last cycle, kids (including ER IV) had a pool party at Mario's house after an on campus because it was w/in one mile of campus.
