Former Oregon wide receiver Ryan Pellum has been arrested, according to a report from KEZI. Pellum was arrested after being accused of pistol-whipping a person on Christmas Day, the TV station reports.

Ryan Pellum was arrested in Springfield, Oregon on a warrant from his hometown of Long Beach, California, per KEZI. The alleged incident occurred in California.

Ryan Pellum allegedly caused an injury to the victim’s head, which required stitches. A nationwide extraditable warrant was issued for his arrest. He has reportedly been released on bail.

Pellum entered the NCAA Transfer Portal on Monday with a do-not-contact tag. He played very sparingly for the Ducks during the 2024 season, appearing in four games and returning one punt, while making one tackle on special teams.
