LSU Basketball and Coach CZONKED Big Time

Some devasting outcome for LSU basketball and sports today as LSU Coach Wade and asst. Armstrong were given their walking papers just hours before LSU goes to the NCAA as a (probable) 6th seed. Details in the article linked. The pay-for-play (and commit) stuff is pretty brutal, of course not really a surprise. Just a side-thought: since LSU's recent GotchaWoes likely put some fear into the folks doing the same thing at other creamy basketball schools, I just wonder if any of the current ACC doldrums are due to reduced hanky panky (and thus a good opening for Canes to prosper more in ACC.)
