Lots of positives from the game

Went to bed ****ed off.
Woke up feeling positive. Felt like we lost the game instead then winning it.
However, this has happened before with other coaches. I kept on apologizing and finding excuses for cmr till the 4 game slide was too much for any apologist.
Now I sit here and say does this feel different. Yes it does. But it has in the past too.
So while I want to pump a lot of sunshine that I saw. I’ll be in wait and see mode cause we’ve been down this road before.
Let’s see how the rest of the season goes.

“Feeling different” does nothing for anybody. The fact is we gave that game away. Not winning games like that has been a problem for 15 years. If this program wants to turn a corner you have to win that game and games like it. A win last night would have done wonders for us, but instead everybody is talking about how ugly that game was.
The narrative could have been “Miami shocks UF,” and all the sudden people are hyping Manny and Enos. Instead it’s “UF finds a way to win not having their best.” Nothing about our defense forcing most of that bad play

There are positives but the problem is that our problems are huge problems that are unfixable in the foreseeable future. We are screwed this year with the OL. And then we are playing a freshman who refuses to get rid of the ball on top of that. So dumb. We are at least 2years from being a relevant football team due to the OL situation.
