Eligibility for a medical hardship is defined via NCAA Bylaw 14.2.4. In order to qualify for a medical hardship, the athlete must not have participated in more than three (3) athletic contests or 30% of the team's contests, whichever is greater. The participation had to be prior to the season's halfway point.

He's probably not that hurt, they just realized they need to get him a medical hardship waver because they burned his redshirt. With that said, he just as easily could've torn every ligament in his leg, but I hope that isn't the case and think he'll ball out next year.

dude aint getting drafted...he is raw...and could use the shirt. Were about to have schollie reductions....keeping guys like this around is key...especially when we dont have a walk on program...were we can plug a few of them on specials and to fill in holes were about to have.
