IMO, alot of these local kids could be signing day fail safes. Last year, Golden got JaWand Blue and Ivery last second. This year we are limited on how many we can sign, and have to be careful about over commiting. With that said, alot of these kids we are seeing with talent, but not alot of upside, could fill any last second availability. Montgomery, Woodley, George Williams, Derrick Calloway, lamar robbins, Rodney adams, shedrick williams, troy mccollum, daryl richardson, etc, etc... We may also look to add players from key schools, that will help in recruiting next year. Not saying we take the FSU buddy system, but if a couple of kids are equal, connections may be the tie-breaker.

Thought???

I'd prefer that to NJ, Philly or other out of state fallbacks.

Let our fallbacks be Roscoe Parrish types.

If Bain can play (offense or defense), I say we take him.

We don't need him to play right away, and he basically said he wants to redshirt, which tells me he's coming in with the right attitude.

Big guys with good feet aren't easy to find. If he fits the bill, find a position for him and coach him up.

This. The fallbacks should be guys like Darius Tice, Bain, etc. No need to go out of state for anything unless its a big time sure fire kid.

It's beign reported that Bain commited to LSU while on his visit this weekend. If LSU thinks he can play DL/OL for them I think he could do the same at miami.

Except we're looking pretty good on OL so if he can't fit the bill for the DL then why bother?
