Can anyone offer a little help with this? I know Carter (S), Holloman (WR), Donaldson (OL) have been mentioned. We need help next year at a few positions and, while I know it's awful to rely on a true freshman, we don't have much of a choice. Thanks for the help.

Need 1, preferably 2, JUCO OLmen that are good enough to start next season.
And they need to be eligible for this upcoming spring, IMO.

Donaldson is better than almost every JUCO OL you can find. Move Darling to RT or LG. Add Sunny back to the rotation and hopefully land Slaton to sure up the inside even more. We also have a 3rd year player in Brown who will be available next year. That is 4 OL added to the roster that aren't playing today. Plus, Tre Johnson and any other additions to the class.

From what I watched, Tre Johnson needs a lot of strength to be ready. Granted, he was going against Jackson, who I was only realizing then what a freak he was, but there were a couple nasty highlights out there on the edge.

I haven't had a chance to watch him, but am told Brown may not help at LT. That sorta sucks, because we've got a temporary glut at RT.

That's a great group. Special teams units are going to be fun to watch next year and hopefully for years to come. Can judge a lot about a team by watching guys fly down on KR and PR.

Thats what has me excited, getting our starters off special teams and letting the young guns fly down the field being ruthless scratching and clawing for playing time.

I think donaldson will get the LT position until we bring in another and move him to right.

I'd keep Darling at LT unless Donaldson is **** good there. Either way, these two should anchor the left side of the line. I'd let McDermott and Linder battle for the Center position which I think McDermott would hold the edge. The right side is interesting. Sunny will be back and he's not bad. Actually thought he was improving. St. Louis is another young man who's getting better. He will be in the mix. Can either of these two play RG. Perhaps. Plus you have Brown for next year. Can this young man take over the RG spot. Lastly, we need Milo or another from the Golden class to step up. One has to be serviceable next year...give us 7, maybe 8 quality OL...
