My Highlights from yesterday's Spring Practice & Recruiting Buzz X Space

• Miami thinks the Fong crystal ball for Vernell "Trey" Brown III may be early
• Miami remains super high on Josh Moore
• Ffrench near top of the board, but not locked into #1
• Staff really wants to sign Dallas Wilson
• Mentioned again that some staff members think that McConathy could end of the jewel of the last recruiting class
• Kirk is in a VERY deep room, facing stiff competition
• Ny Carr is REALLY impressing people in the building (in addition to Trader impressing)
• Coaches feel that Popo is the most prepped of the FR LBs, pushing hard for PT
• Chase Smith rotating w/Popo, getting a lot of burn

Reading between the lines here, FR may have already passed Kirk on the depth chart. He could be a portal candidate post-spring.

I assume you mean WR is a deep position and Kirk is facing comp?

Agree on Kirk. He's a transfer candidate. Redding will be one too. They might keep redding on board, though, to be a good lockeroom influence for the young kids.

Pretty sure Redding graduates in May. He was getting a grad degree I believe.

Redding will graduate out is my guess. Maybe transfers for a free grad degree somewhere else after that.
