I would happily take Rod Chudzinski, wouldn't be thrilled, but I could live with it. Dude knows what he's doing and he was here when we had a winning culture which is what we want to instill

McClendon named interim HC. Does that mean he’s out? Possible HC at Oregon?

alright I talked myself into It here's what I hope happens and I think could realistically happen

I may have gotten my numbers wrong here, it's late

Strength Coach: Aaron Feld
OC/QB: Rod Chudzinski
RB: anyone
OL: Alex Mirabal
ST: Bobby Williams
TE: Field
RC/WR/Passing Game Coordinator: McClendon (would also take Likens)
DL: Clint Hurtt
DC/LB: Jim Knowles
DB: T ROB
CB: Rod Chance is who it WILL be but I wouldn't mind seeing Ed Reed take an on-field role


the only long shot here I think is Jim Knowles as we don't really have a connection with him


I think Bobby Williams is a MUST. Dude was on Saban's staff as ST coordinator from 2008-2017 then special assistant to Saban for 2 years before joining Mario. That's an insane amount of experience in an elite winning culture that he could help instill here

I think this staff would easily be our best staff this century
 
Put the full court press on Joe Brady and Muschamp for the respective coordinator positions.

From everything we've been told, the budget can hold these hires. Say what you want about Muschamp, but his defenses are always solid and hold up against tougher competition. I don't think Mario will mind having an ex HC on staff either who he can bounce ideas off of.

One thing is for sure, don't put recruiting burdens on the coordinators. Get the best X's and O's guy you can get to alleviate that off of Cristobal. We want Mario winning the living rooms and hearts of the recruits parents. That model can absolutely work. Fill the rest of the staff with guys that can recruit, but we need gameday savants manning the coordinator roles.

Get rid of all of them. They're part of a failed regime, whether it's their fault or not. Bad for culture to keep old leftovers around. Start fresh.
