Is that where we're headed?

i grew up in a era when alot of top players stayed back a year in order to get a competitive advantage. up until the nil era guys would leave college early to get to a check ... well do we see that trend trickle into high school now? guys reclass into the proper grade or a year ahead in order to get the check college will provide?

We got Gigi school kids jumping early for the bag too. It’s a wild era.

But hopefully the bag will keep the Trajan bandys of the world in school another year. Get that degree. Bandy easily could’ve made some solid nil in his day

Alot of these kids were the stay back kids already that were held in middle school
For the competitive advantage
Seems within the last ten to 15 years that's become the norm. Especially in basketball. Football it's more dependent on body type it seems. But kids don't have to reclassify up to get to the bag now because they get to the bag when they're still in high school. No advantage in that. Now if the question is a bigger bag than yeah. I can see that.

my experience was in basketball ... especially with big men as they hoped the extra year would allow them to gain more coordination ... this **** is getting crazy ... alot of people goal is to buy your parents a house ... now you can do that by your junior year in college ...

Every time one of these threads pop up this song comes to my mind.

But yea if a kid is coming from a good program and has development i dont see nothing wrong. like with Flowers he already has like 3 state rings..and played in under armour game if he wants to get to it might as well

i was talking to a friend and allowing juniors to play in the post season all star games does take the shine off the game a bit ... and contributes to your argument of accomplishing all there is in high school
