Assuming Reed signs tomorrow (19), you only think we take 24 this year?

Seems a little light to me, considering the roster/EE. Think we go at least 2-3 more than that.

A couple weeks ago on the radio when Richt was being interviewed by Joe Rose it sounded like it was only going to be about 24-25. He went out of his way to say we are only chasing top level talent and that if they didn't get the guy they wanted they weren't gonna settle for plan b kids they didn't think fit.

Well they're chasing at least 10 other kids in addition to our 20 commits. Kids with real offers not plan b types. We'll take up to 28.

We probably aren't going to sign 8 of those 10, but I'll take them if we can. I agree none of them are plan B types, and the staff has done a great job with this class.

Yeah we will sign 7 more IMO and I predict Silvera , Campbell , Goss , Samuel , Chatfield Carson and a WR maybe Ezzard. I just laugh hysterically at anyone thinking we are going to get Surtain . I bet it is the same people who thought we would get that WR who ended up at Bama ( can't remember his name because I flush the kids from my mind when they go elsewhere) .

Another good thing about locking up 18 guys early is that we can put our best salesmen on the last 7 guys regardless of position. Let the real dogs get after these last 7 guys. Let our weaker salesmen take a backseat for the next couple of months.
