Great news on Lockhart. Haven't heard a word about him all spring.

Last day of spring practice....some notes from the early portion

Jelani Hamilton was on crutches with his right knee in a brace..we'll get the update on that from Coach after practice

Danny Dillard was in yellow after getting his bell rung in Naples...

Looked like Robert Lockhart was not in red or yellow for the first time this spring

Raph Kirby was in green, not black, for the first time this spring. Gaines and A Fig were the only LBs in black...other black jerseys....Chick...OP...A Craw and Gunter

Team started stretching to "Call me Maybe" ...Watching Shane McDermott shake what his momma gave him to that song was funny as heck

Lots of work on Punt Pro with Al this AM...

When team circled up...Seantrel was in the middle leading the way...big change big big change

Golden said WR Allen Hurns (hamstring) may not be a go either in Saturday's spring game

Good news. #UM coach Al Golden said DE Jelani Hamilton (knee) won't need surgery. He obviously won't play Saturday

Outstanding news about Hamilton. Hopefully he can be ready for fall!

Hurns is a proven guy. I would like to see some of the young kids like Jontavius Carter get some extra reps.

Seantrel is gonna do big things this year.

He's focused.

He has the talent to win the Outland Trophy.

When Seantrel has been on the field for us, he has always been very solid (at worst). It has just been a struggle for him to stay on the field and healthy. I, too expect him to stay out of trouble and really take it to an elite level of play this season. He is seemingly in great shape, as strong as he's been, and is not only staying out of trouble, but seemingly bringing a positive attitude to the team.

There is nothing unreasonable about his goals to be a first round pick in 2014. I actually expect it

Seantrel has fought through all of the adversity in life, on and off the field. Blessed human being. Hopefully he goes in the first!

Waters and Scott are ahead where Hurns was at when he was young....Wr core is getting better and better...with Dorrsett/Hurns/lewis healthy Morris will have plenty of fast targets...but Scott and Waters use their hands and have speed to kill....depth is a great thing.

So does Flowers. Good stuff. The bar for OL is set really high at The U though. Ken Dorsey could've got away with not washing his jersey for most of 2001. We just need these guys to play as a unit and this offense could be unstoppable.

Hurns is a proven commodity. We just need him healthy for the season. I am also all for getting some of those other guys reps. Good news on Lockhart too. I wish Stacey Coley was here already.

?? he acted like a spoiled rotten elitist since High School...other than a friend dying and a car accident with a borrowed car I dont see his struggles...his family has is not **** as broke like 95% of the kids on the team....maturity is all he needed, I expect an all ACC year from him

the 2000=2002 line was a great oline...but teams could never blitz us do to our running game, vertical passing game and TE play...when they did blitz they were burned alot...something we are close to getting back to on offense, we need Morris to be accurate and the WR to hold on to the ball...Duke is Duke they respect him and the TE have to take the middle of the field...that makes life easier for the Oline...
