At the start of the season I predicted 9-3/10-2 if Cam was as advertised. Cam is more than as advertised.

We're a flawed team for sure, but so is most of the the top 10 in CFB right now. So I ask, do we finish the regular season undefeated and if not, where are the losses?

FSU - garbage but a rivalry game. I suspect they'll look better than their record against us but I want this game to be over by halftime.

Duke - thorny team but ****** offense and Manny on D. Should be a fairly convincing W.

GT - this is the trap if there is one IMO. We owe them big time for last year and it shouldn't come down to a kneel. ND beat them soundly and ND is mid this year. As long as we don't play down we should win by 2 scores.

WF - trbl.

Cuse - another pesky team that could keep it close early but if we're 11-0/10-1 going in with a playoff berth on the line I don't see Cam and X letting us lose.

What sayest the board - how do we finish? Besides on FSU's **** chute?

We’re gonna win the next 2 games by 50 combined points. Those 2 teams match up horribly with us. The game we lose will be to a team with an elite, elite offense that can match ours. FSU and Duke both have better defenses than offenses but it doesn’t matter. We are scoring ~40 against anyone. There is zero chance fsu or Duke can keep up.

If we lose a game in the regular season it’ll be GT or Syracuse. Both are on the road and both have above average offenses. We are gonna beat the **** out of fsu and Duke.
 
Louisville was the game that I was concerned with even at the start of the year. I’ll honestly be disappointed if we don’t go undefeated in the regular season. There isn’t a team on our schedule left that’s better than us and we have the best QB in the country leading us. I got us at 12-0 when the dust settles. Only game that has me somewhat worried is Syracuse at the end, if we’re undefeated they’ll be jacked.

This was the game I had circled as the “get over the hill” game. While we could lose to either GT or Syracuse I think this team locks in and finishes the regular season undefeated , with both Gt and Cuse likely being close affairs.

If there’s a loss, I think GT is more likely. By Cuse they’re going to be smelling it and on a mission.
 
Canes should be 12-0 by the conference championship. Everything after that will be a toss up, the only remaining team that could give us trouble is Duke and Syracuse.

I'm not predicting undefeated regular season with how badly this D has played the last few weeks - but yes I had this Louisville game marked down as a loss too at the start of the season.

By hook or by crook we keep winning.

GT QB didn't play today. Not sure how long he's out for and if it'll include us. Will make a big difference. SU can be trouble. Playing in that dome stinks.

We beat 3 of 5 teams that stood a chance if everything went their way while emptying the tank
VT, Cal abd mostly ville

Gt and SU need every bounce and 4th down conversion to stay in it

I'm with @OrangeBowlMagic on this. I do think if we lose a regular season game, it will have to be when something bad on our offense happens, like injuries or just a bad day of executing.
Our defense is going to give up points from here on out. They've been "over exposed" and everyone is picking up on it.
Making the playoffs would absolutely make this season a success. I guess I thought our defense would be better than it is. But either way, this is a great season, even though I hate these close games all the time.
 
Trap game implies that we won’t be “up” for an opponent


No way in **** we won’t be “up” for GT

The closest thing to a loss on our schedule remaining is November 30th at Syracuse

There are people who get paid for their sports opinion and have predicted we'd be upset by now. They were wrong.

There are no trap games. Every single team treats us as the opportunity to show they deserve respect.

Just keep winning. Because **** everyone who isn't us.
