2025 Lamar Williams OT from Havana, FL [commits to the Canes]

Offered by UM last June, it's been an eventful few days for Lamar Williams recruitment. Visited the Gables for Prospect day, then D$ mentions him in the bank as an OL the staff really likes and a couple days later, the staff was on site for a HS visit and finally commits to the Canes!

Clemson, Alabama and UGA are on the top of his list (although none have offered him as of yet).

It's not far Tally, but yes it is a small town. There is nothing there but antique shops.

Again, I’m not saying he doesn’t come.

Also, Jones seemed excited to get into a big city environment. I’m not sure how this kid sees city living since I’ve never interacted with him.

Extremely. Gadsden County has some of the thickest dialect I've ever heard. It's on lexical par with Belle Glade.

Really small town, about 20 minutes outside of Tallahassee. I grew up in that area
