Kirby Smart and James Coley

First and foremost, this is bull****. Tyson's father is a retired firefighter, they don't need "bags". They would never compromise themselves by accepting any cash from a college.

NO NO NO..their dropping bags to Surtain Jr. We all know they dont have money.

These nuts on here ANYTIME we lose a recruit..claim BAGS...get the f outta here with that sH*t

Go easy on them as it makes then sleep better at night.

Good thing though that we didn't get in trouble when Coley was here. It was awful nice of him to give up his back alley bag drops for those couple of years.

All I've gotten from this thread is nobody knows anything.

I’ve posted it before and I’m sure I’ll have to do it again. The “saben” way is to give the assistant a recruiting bonus. The coaches give what they must to the parents and handlers and keep the rest. All cash! If the assistant ever told anyone, he’d be in trouble with the NCAA. Also, giving it to people, without “the student athletes knowledge” is NOT a violation. Outside of the IRS, it’s legal. See cam newton. Happy? Fwiw Alabama is down here and spending/trying. Also, Georgia has a cash fund on the side for big drops. Kirby embraces it. Richt hated it and gave the boosters problems.

Not a violation?

LOL.

Not only is it an NCAA violation but it’s illegal to not report cash gifts as income to the IRS.

I’m not saying that they’re ever going to be caught, and it has been going on forever, but you have no fūcking clue what you’re talking about it. If giving away cash without reporting it was legal I could give my kids a few million each in cash, not report it, and avoid inheritance tax. Hypothetically speaking using an extreme example.

His bags were probably light as **** when he was with us. Bunch of singles with a fifty on top (Big L reference).

pretty clear i stated, not reporting earnings to the irs is a problem. lol "reading comprehension"
in red now. i hope that helps

i was clear. if the student and university don't know… the coach won't tell on himself. it's not that hard to understand why this system works.

why do you think he got to play… lol "the player and university had no knowledge. auburn walked too. the ncaa must prove the coaches, university or student athlete had knowledge. end of story

NCAA finds pay-for-play, but Cam Newton is in the clear

What the NCAA apparently did not find, though, is that Cam Newton actually accepted any improper benefits or, as far as it can uncover, had any knowledge of his father's scheme. Neither, apparently, did Auburn.

So we are saying that Coley, who is being paid more than he is worth at Georgia and choosing to stay there over a "Better" deal at TAMU, is Smart's bagman? And supposedly he has paid off one of the Heritage kids?

I am also curious who Bear is and why he's respected so much if anyone could tell me.

Other than he stopped breathing, it’s not murder.

Take it from someone whose had his throwdowns with the IRS, they don’t fūck around.

The problem is nobody talks and the NCAA doesn’t actually give a fūck what the top SEC teams do as long as they have plausible deniability. Those are their cash cows.

No one has said jack **** about the Heritage kids other than posters looking to stir up drama.

When he was at FSU, he had the rep for being a good bag man.

Sssshhhhhh...............why so loud.

None of the 4 Heritage kids are being bought. Anybody who says otherwise is a moron.

Chatfield and Surtain both have millioinaire parents.

Campbell had been documented as being pretty well off. His connection to UGA seems that he really likes Mel Tucker, not much to do with Coley

No clue on Silvera, but he's refused to play the recruiting game.

That doesn't mean other kid, cough Jobe cough, aren't being bought, but not this group of Heritage kids.

Nesta Silvera's dad is a movie director.

Go Canes

This was one of his biggest films

He also did Belly 2.

Shottas is a classic

Coley is NOT the bagman.

Dawgs run a sophisticated "foundation". They hire "temps" to deliver the satchel. Alabama and Arkansas started the first two "foundation". Tyson, Walmart/Waltons and JB Hunt are the Razorback's biggest donors. These people are highly sophisticated.

I worked at a fund in Atlanta and this fund's CEO was on the Board of their "foundation". So was our Head of Tax. Sony was paid six figures to venture to Athens.....

It would be great to know their thoughts on the FBI's investigation. They "donate" to the foundation and remain at arms length. If the FBI investigated it thoroughly, it would fall like a house of cards. The SEC alone is probably paying at least $500,000 per team, per year. That is millions in unreported gifts/income.

Never understand how people in the know like proponent do not turn these things in to authorities. Seen them posted all time , but can not remember besides at Ole Miss one of them being proven. Think that some posters just want fans to believe they know ****.
