Yeah, this is one of several threads on same topic bemoaning the shame that we didn't hire Dorsey...I always wonder what year our coaches missed on him because no way Dorsey was returning to UM to do OC after last season.

Exactly. I don't blame him, he's at his best scheming, I don't see him as the kind of guy that wants to deal with recruiting. The NFL gives him a quality of life and whatnot. He's also a guy that is now in line for a HC spot, if he can get the Bills over the hump. Don't be shocked if the Bills win it all, and Dorsey gets a HC job. He fits what the NFL is looking for as a HC. He's young, he's dynamic and he's analytics friendly.
