N.J. WR Kelvin Harmon earns Miami offer as signing day nears
By Todderick Hunt January 13, 2016
Wednesday, The University of Miami (Fla.) threw their hat in the ring for four-star Palmyra (N.J.) wide receiver Kelvin Harmon, he tells NJ.com.
The 6-2, 195-pound senior decommitted from South Carolina in December, after his primary recruiter at the school, G.A. Mangus, was dismissed.

This allowed Rutgers, and other schools to work their way back into the mix, giving them a legitimate shot at landing Harmon in the end.
He hasn't taken any official visits since his decommitment, but has been in contact with five particular schools.
"I haven't been anywhere, but as far as the schools I have been in contact with, The U (Miami) hit me up, Rutgers, UNC, N.C. State, West Virginia and that's about it," Harmon told NJ.com on Jan. 6.
Miami had been the one school in contact with Harmon that hadn't offered. And now since that has changed, it will be interesting to see just how much of a factor the Hurricanes will be for Harmon as his recruitment hits the final stretch.
Ranked the No. 7 recruit in the NJ.com Top 50, Harmon is fresh off a first-team all-state selection, after catching 66 passes for a state leading 1,104 yards and 14 touchdowns in 2015.
