2nd one down is his what I watched All his first 4-5 games up til mid october highlights...

First off I think he looks a little better than last year, but imo he is still take or leave for me in this class. I think Striker or LB is his position, and I think poor man's Finley is his upside.

Not bashing the kid, and need as many Dade kids on the roster., so he's fine... If he's the 4th LB/Striker in this class I can live with him and he's been loyal, just don't see an impact player. Personally, in a similar role (Striker) I would take the Edison kid Reaves OVER Finley, JMO. His stuff is on hudl too. More active and a little more thump when he gets there.

He reminds me of a taller Robert Knowles... I don't think he has much upside at S here, he looks like a Striker. But Banda places the premium on tackling more so than ball skills, so they'll probably keep him.

I was never high on Washington & I always felt the sole reason why we kept him this long was because of Francois (so much for that lol). South Fla has a weak Safety crop this class, I like Balom a lot better than Washington. I would even take the Dameon Hill kid at Safety/Striker over Washington.

After missing on Keyshawn Lawrence & losing both Tennison & Francois our Safety haul for this class is going to be below average imo.

I hope we pursue the kid Ronald Williams from JUCO, he's a tall corner that can also play Safety & I wish we would go after DJ Warnell out of Texas, he's a big CB that can play Safety as well.

We better hope to God we can hang onto Daran Branch in this class, even though I think he's CB at the next level he's just an all around DB & the best one we got committed right now.

That GTech loss fcked us up in completing the flip for Jalen Harrell, Banda better be putting in overtime work in convincing that kid to come here, would be a **** shame to lose him to GTech or UCF.

Ya of the realistic kids love at safety I like Harrell the best...Do you know anything about Reaves from Edison? I like him better than Washington for that big safety/striker possibility

Of course, Trevor Reaves is one of Luke's kids from optimist ball.

He's had a really good Senior season with 75tcks & 2INT's, he's got good size at a legit 6'1180bs ish with the frame to grow, he's got natural instincts & gets to the ball well. He's Edison's best player, my cousin was trying to convince him to come to MNW back in the Spring lol but he's a Luke kid since a jit.

Don't think he's a take though, looks like a FAU/FIU caliber player, I know he visited us recently & actually participated at Paradise back in the summer, but I don't think we would take him unless we completely missed on everybody else.

He reminds me of a kid that goes to USF & after a year or two of development plays well.

Ya Reaves definitely is kinda raw and needs to develop..Looks taller than 6'1 on those tapes. Reminds me of K. Wash and I think I actually prefer him.
