Although our AD seems a bit inept.. I think if Golden continues the path of being mediocre, he will be terminated. Shannon had many issues that did him in, in year 4. I know Al Golden's tenure is a bit different (Randys mess of roster, lack of talent, and cloud) then Shannon tenure and I personally think the reason why we haven't seen a change is because of the hand that Golden was dealt. Also the University blind sided him about the whole ordeal. I firmly believe people inside UM are not happy about our defensive and would like a change and pressure will eventually be to much for AG.
