Judge says NCAA 'malicious' in USC investigation

Breaking News A Judge today has ruled that the NCAA was malicious in its investigation of former USC coach Todd Mcnair This is huge because its a civil ruling that suggests the NCAA was out of control. Comments?

I see it differently. The NCAA will come hard at Miami precisely because it knows it has no power over the big programs. It's the typical bully beating up on a wimp but running from bigger kids.
